You Got This! events are for incoming or existing 6th graders to prepare them for middle school.
WHAT
Tired of hearing about all that can go wrong in middle school? So are we. That's why we created an event focused on everything that can go RIGHT! Please join us for an inspirational yet practical evening that will have your girl READY to DIVE IN to the next incredible chapter of her educational, emotional and social journey.
Danielle Fuligni McKay is a Harvard-educated, ICF certified writer, speaker and leader of confidence-building workshops in the Bay Area.

Session 1 is about building a personal roadmap to get clear on your values, who you are at your core and how to stay true to both while experiencing exciting new adventures in middle school!
Session 2 is a crash course on friends, friendships and all the drama in between. We'll specifically talk about how to navigate making new friends while maintaining respect for the old.
Session 3 is about how to successfully manage your energy and your emotions so that YOU'RE in the driver's seat of your own life. Enough said.
Session 4 will be a panel of 7th & 8th grade "experts" prepared to answer any and all the middle school questions you can throw at them!
