Imagine taking the time to understand what makes you tick, what you believe in and what you want; to learn to not be blocked from action by fear, to not worry what people think or try to be someone else; and to believe you can do anything you set your mind to. Imagine becoming….a Girl on Purpose.
Our Girls on Purpose Program helps young girls build the skills to do and be all that they’re meant for in the world.
The program consists of eight 60-minute sessions and is ideal for 4th - 6th grade girls to help them develop self-esteem, self-confidence, and confident friendships.
* Individual private coaching for girls also available!
What Girls Will Gain

Self-Esteem
Girls rarely stop to think about their best qualities. However, it’s essential that you understand and can define your self-worth. Self- esteem is at the heart of everything we do in life - every decision, what goals we set for ourselves, who we surround ourselves with, and what we truly believe we can achieve.

Self-Confidence
Self-confidence is the ability to do all that you want in the world and be yourself in the process. It’s also like a muscle that gets stronger with practice, is a learnable skill and is accessible to anyone. Confident girls have the power to not only change THEIR world but change THE world.

Confident Friendships
Actively choosing our friends is important because who we surround ourselves with is who we become like. Finding those who make you feel comfortable AND inspired is the goal! But also remember that conflict is a part of any healthy relationship. It’s how you handle it that matters.

Leadership
You will learn to coach out your confidence and natural leadership skills. Learn to become more in tune with who you are at the core and develop a roadmap to lead yourself and others going forward. As a result, you'll BE yourself more, TRUST yourself more, and learn to have fun in the process.
My daughter hasn't stopped talking about the workshop and her rocks! She really got a lot out of the workshop. She told me about the rock representing her core and that it never changes ... POWERFUL!
When I picked Kayley up, the first words out of her mouth were, "When can I do this again?"
My daughter loved the workshop yesterday! She was talking about it the whole time. She said she has learned how to coach herself and forget her grumbling thoughts. I am so glad she enjoyed it and it helped her realize she can do better by thinking better.
