SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA LEADERSHIP PROGRAM FOR GIRLS AGES 13-15
Teens today are having to make many important decisions earlier than they ever have before...
One day, they're wondering where to sit at lunch. The next thing they know, they're being asked where they want to go to college and all the courses they need to get there. This can feel very disorienting.
A lot of girls can start to feel lost, so they just follow the crowd and do what everyone else is doing, even though it may not be the path that's right for them.
PLAID gives them the space to slow down, actively shape who they want to be, and thoughtfully decide what their goals are.

The PLAID Program is here to help your daughter step into her future with intention.
Throughout this 6-month journey, your daughter will be given the time, tools, and mentorship to:

Who is PLAID for?
This program is designed for bright, thoughtful, capable young women who are ready to grow but need a safe and supportive space to do it. Girls who would benefit from focused time, positive mentorship, and meaningful connection with others on the same path of self-discovery.
PLAID offers more than encouragement. It offers tools, structure, and a powerful support system to help your daughter tune into what matters most and grow into the leader she already is.

Through both group sessions and independent work, your daughter will learn what it really means to lead—not just in theory, but in real life.

Meet Your Confidence Coach
Hi! I'm Danielle Fuligni McKay
I am a Harvard-educated, ICF-certified coach, speaker and leader of confidence-building workshops for girls. I am also the founder of MyGirl Coaching and the author of Girl on Purpose.
I discovered my passion for coaching through raising my daughters. ​At MyGirl Coaching, we work with girls, teens, and women in the East Bay to build their confidence and strengthen their relationships.
What that really means is we inspire people to know, love, and trust themselves in order to move forward in life and pursue their fullest, most awesome potential.
