This is where we begin because confidence starts with self awareness. What makes you unique? What are your core values? Inner critics? Strengths and weaknesses? What are your beliefs and assumptions? What messages do you tell yourself on a daily basis?
Once you know you, you need to own you. In other words, you need to love and accept who you are and make no apologies. This includes bright spots and dark corners alike. If there's something you no longer want included in your self definition, then change it. Basically, this is where we say good-bye to who you're not and run with all you are.
The final step is to trust you. You've done the work. No one else has what you offer the world. It's about time you believe in it!
