Individuals

I offer 1-on-1 coaching both by phone and in-person (for Bay Area residents only). Sessions are 45 minutes in length, meeting weekly or biweekly, with the initial discovery session being 90 minutes. The coaching relationship lasts 6-10 weeks depending on frequency but can also extend longer given specific circumstances.

 

Once you've decided to work with MyGirlCoaching you'll receive a confidence assessment and questionnaire designed to jump start our relationship. You can either complete this at home before our first session or bring it with you to discuss. During the initial discovery session we'll determine your general and specific goals.  

 

Duets
Phone and in-person coaching sessions are available for moms & daughters. The same parameters as above apply.
