I offer confidence coaching for same-age groups of 5-15 individuals, 2nd grade through senior year in college. Workshops are one-time 90-minute coaching sessions or can be run in a series of three 90-minute workshops. 

 

I also offer coaching for groups of 3-5 mother-daughter pairs. Again, workshops are one-time 90-minute coaching sessions or can be run in a series of three 90-minute workshops.
